U.S. Chicken Culinary Seminar

CEPFA Culinary students participated in the U.S. Chicken Culinary Seminar, organized by the U.S. Poultry and Egg Exporters Council (USAPEEC), which was held in the Inter Food Equipment Product (IFEP) specialty kitchen. During the seminar, chefs Stepan Mikayelyan and Vahan Arakelyan presented the specifics of using chicken meat through a masterclass and a cooking demonstration. Three main chicken dishes were prepared as part of the event. A particularly noteworthy aspect of this activity was the involvement of CEPFA students as volunteers during the masterclass. They participated directly in the preparation process, allowing them to work alongside industry professionals, gain new experience, and enhance their professional skills. At the end of the seminar, one of the CEPFA students received a chef's apron as a token of appreciation for their active participation.
